Exchange and Refund Policy
1) If the items you have ordered are damaged, you must inform us within 7 days after receipt.
2) Fill in the "7 Days Guarantee Form" to our customer services team with your Order ID and the item you wish to refund or exchange. You will receive our confirmation by email / text message within the next 24 hours.
3) Exchange / Refund will be offered within 7 days after receiving your email providing that the items are returned with perfect condition and in their original packaging with tags, invoices and all other accessories and gifts etc.
**However we shall be excused if the required size of products are sold out**
4) Each purchase can be exchanged /refunded for ONE time only.
5) For all Exchange/Refund, you will be required to arrange and pay for the delivery costs and transaction fee (such as Paypal fees) to return the items to us (unless when there is quality defect on the product). If you are returning items to us by post, it is strongly recommended that the "proof of posting" is provided to Layan Kids Club. Layan Kids Club is not liable for any parcels that are lost in transit.
Delivery Method for Return
1) Return by Customers - You can return the goods to us by your own courier after receiving our confirmation email.
2) Pick up services - We can arrange courier to pick up your return goods / exchange goods and the courier charges will be advised to you before the pick up.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REFUND/ EXCHANGE
1) Lingerie, underwear, hosiery and other personal clothing are excluded in the Exchange / Refund policy due to personal hygiene reason.
2) Goods request for Exchange / Refund after 7 days will not be accepted.
3) The replacement process would takes 3-7 business days <including delivery time>, please kindly contact our customer service team for refund / exchange details.
4) All on-sale items are NOT included from the Exchange / Refund policy.
♥ defective Definition: clothes damaged, large areas dirt, commodity accompanying serious condition jewelry off of.
♥ non-defective definition: slight off-line or crochet, washed, stained faded, thread exposed, tiny stain button firmly enough, did not open the buttonhole, Or by human-caused defects such as broken after pulling, relaxation, has been launched, has been used and so on.
(In case of lack of buttons / adjustment buckle, it will be handled separately by our customer service team)
